Generative AI for teachers, built by someone who still teaches.
Roney Lima do Nascimento is the author of Generative AI for Teachers (Amazon, 2025) and Inteligência Artificial Generativa para Professores (Editora Dialética, 2026); a mathematician and PhD candidate in Pure Mathematics at the University of São Paulo (IME-USP), supervised by Prof. Raul Antonio Ferraz and funded by CAPES; an independent AI solutions developer and consultant, building AI agents for companies and running AI training for schools and organisations; an IB Diploma Programme Mathematics teacher at Colégio São Luís, São Paulo, where he also teaches an applied generative AI elective; and an applied AI researcher. He leads AI implementation from strategy and governance through to deployment, and trains teachers in artificial intelligence in Brazil and abroad. His platforms for education reach more than 15,000 educators every month. He is the keynote speaker at ICAILY 2026 in Cape Town.
